Refunds are given for any jewellery which arrive broken in any way or damaged. Any jewellery which tarnishes and any jewellery which breaks within 30 days of purchase. 

Please return in orginal packaging.

If there are any issues please contact us on our 'contact us' page and we will be in contact within 48 hours. 

United Kingdom - we ship UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivered within 48 hours excluding dispatch time)

Tracked 24 is used for anyone who require express shipping via Royal Mail. (Delivered next working day)

If you select express shipping, we dispatch items the next following day. Otherwise we take 1-3 days to dispatch items.

Typically within the UK we deliver within 5 days or less.

Our International Shipping takes 7-10 working days after dispatch time via Royal Mail International Tracked. 

Customs are not always included for countries such as Denmark, Norway, Switzerland and UAE countries. We pay the taxes on our items when being dispatched, we cannot guarentee if the secondary company will press customs charges. we are not responsible for paying these extra charges.

All customers are liable for paying import taxes if imposed.

Our jewellery is quiality checked three times before being dispatched. If any problems please contact us directly 

we will provide returns if the item is broken or arrived damaged, or a special circumstance. We provide photos of our jewellery to its most real form and provide pictures in different lights and zooms, so that customers have a better idea of the colour and detail of the item.

We try to ensure the jewellery we provide is afforadable for people of all financial statuses. We as a company would like everyone to feel they can wear luxurious jewellery at an affordable price and be able to get one of pieces that is unque, uses genuine stones and beads.  

If you enter the wrong address, the parcel will be sent back to us via Royal Mail and the contents of your order. Shipping address can me amended before the dispatch date, please contact us straight away.
